Task: Biohazard Events

Handling sensitive situations - think first, act later!

We all have to deal with sensitive situations, both professionally and personally and frequently in the workplace as a team. This task requires communication, team working, sensitivity and steady hands to ensure success for your team.

It has been developed uniquely by High Force Training as a short exercise that creates a high impact to any programme. Ensuring that communication under pressure is something to be remembered - this exercise will be remembered forever!

A single activity (cell) is suitable for up to 6 team members and multiple cells are often used for medium-large teams.

The Brief

This exercise is designed to be simple to run and fun to complete. It can be run in any location and as a standalone exercise or in combination with The Bomb exercise or other team challenges. It can be used as an excellent conference energiser or a task to allow for meaningful facilitation and review.

The task is simple using a list of specialist equipment… with ‘Using the equipment shown to you by the last remaining member of the previous bio-hazard disposal team - make this device safe by successfully placing it on the ‘Hazard Reduction Rods’…. without setting it off!

Sounds simple doesn't it?
