What is the Objective?

These specific activities built into the High Force Blind Driving Experience will enable your team to experience real learning and development facilitated opportunities focused at individual, team and organisational levels. The true art of effective organisational communication is not to have large amounts of broad information delivered to people at high volume (as so often our systems do) but rather for the communication to be clear and specific, relevant, encouraging, supportive and flexible to the situation.
